It is an FCA regulated intermediary. David Gallagher was Country Head for XL Catlin/AXA XL and Stuart
Middleton was European CUO for Hiscox and Great American. Together they identified this
opportunity and brought in Dominic Keogh on board from a solar start-up to provide the necessary
insights into the customer and installer marketplace.

Since 2022 David has run a consulting business advising on all elements of delegated authority, working with MGAs, intermediaries, Insurtechs and insurers. Prior to this role David spent 26 years in strategy and distribution roles before becoming country head of Ireland for XL Catlin/AXA XL.

Stuart has nearly four decades of experience in the international non-life insurance industry, where he has launched new products, markets, and distribution channels, driven profitable and consistent growth, managed insurance risk and compliance, and developed talent and culture.
More recently, Stuart has acted as a member of various advisory boards and as a subject matter expert in several working groups.
